FACTS
A) Lack of exercise and poor diet are the second largest underlining cause of death in the United States. ( smoking is # 1 ) A new study from the Center for Disease Control & Prevention found that diet and inactivity may soon overtake smoking as the leading cause of death.
B) According to the American Heart Association, inactivity is a major risk factor contributing to coronary artery disease, and is a risk factor for obesity, high blood pressure and low levels of HDL cholesterol. With even modest levels of exercise these risk factors can be reduced.
C) Exercise will increase your ability to become more active in your everyday life.

According to the American College of Sports Medicine to maintain good health requires aerobic activity for at least 45 minutes, 3 - 4 times a week. To change your body you need to increase that to at least 5 - 6 times a week.D) Program Design:
